My first novel, The Madisons’ Magical Motor Home is youth historical fiction.

When the Madison family sets out on a summer vacation in a used RV, they soon discover their motor home is no ordinary RV. The family’s vacation quickly becomes a time travel romp through the United States and Canada during which they witness actual historical events and meet the real people who shaped our history. The Madison’s trip follows the journal and the itinerary my family kept during our ten-week, 1978 vacation, with a little magic thrown in.
